Cargomatic is seeking a highly skilled GTM Solution Architect with expertise in Tableau creation and Salesforce (SFDC) integration. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust data solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and a strong commitment to data quality and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Solution Design:
    • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights for business users.
    • Design and implement Salesforce integration solutions to streamline data flow and enhance system interoperability.
    • Apply data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing best practices to create scalable and efficient data architectures.
  2. Business Process Understanding:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable data requirements.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics for enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  3. Data Governance & Quality:
    • Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
    • Monitor and resolve data inconsistencies, ensuring reliability and accuracy of reporting and analytics.
    • Establish best practices for data management, storage, and security.
  4. Integration & Automation:
    • Develop seamless integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using APIs and middleware.
    • Automate data workflows to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational requirements in all integrations.
  5. Reporting & Analytics:
    • Build and maintain impactful Tableau dashboards tailored to business needs.
    • Provide training and support to users for self-service reporting and analytics.
    • Analyze and present data insights to executive leadership, aiding in strategic decision-making.
 

Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and reporting.
    • Expertise in Salesforce integration techniques, including API management and middleware tools.
    • Proficiency in Tableau, with experience creating dashboards that drive business insights.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Proven ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into data requirements.
    • Track record of identifying and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize business outcomes.
  • Data Governance Expertise:
    • Experience implementing data governance policies and procedures.
    • Commitment to maintaining data quality and integrity across systems.
  • Other Skills:
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

The expected salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
